Van Gelder processes, manages, and protects personal data with the utmost care in its role as data controller. We comply with the requirements set by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable (inter)national legislation.

Your data is stored on servers of parties (Amazon AWS, CloudSuite, CM, DeployTeq, and Microsoft) we engage for website management, e-commerce, and marketing automation. These servers are located within the EEA. Van Gelder does not retain your data longer than necessary for the aforementioned purposes.
Location and security of data processing
Van Gelder has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, or unlawful processing of personal data. We have agreements in place with parties and individuals who have access to personal data.
